This website does not accept photo uploads. If you later choose to text or email a service photo, send only an image that helps explain the pool, spa, water, equipment, or access issue. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes website traffic and service-request submissions on our behalf. When enabled on the production website, Cloudflare provides aggregate web analytics and performance reporting. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers helping us operate the website or respond to a request, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention
We retain service-request information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. On the production website, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and Core Web Vitals such as loading speed and visual stability. Cloudflare's analytics beacon does not set cookies or access browser storage. It processes limited request and browser-performance information to create aggregate reports, and it is not loaded on preview or staging builds. Links to Google, Yelp, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Instagram, and other external sites are governed by those sites' privacy practices after you leave this website.
Security
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the website and service-request process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
